Trustwell® graphene pre-dispersed master batch can be made based from various rubber materials including natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Graphene content can be as high as 10 wt.% and thanks to our unique technology, graphene flakes keeps less than 3nm in thickness after dispersed whistling isolated network formed by graphene surrounding rubber particles. The master batch can be mixed with matrix by using standard mixer. It is an idea reinforcement for tire making, seal, and aviation rubber components.
